For orders over $100, we offer FREE courier/freight to NZ cities and large towns for kayaks and paddling gear (except for whitewater kayaks, the Mission dinghy, and most kayak paddles), with the following conditions:
Conditions for Free Shipping:
- Total price of items in your Cart must be more than $100 (incl. GST)
- Only available for retail customers in NZ cities and large towns
- If your delivery address is in a rural area, an outlying suburb, a small town, on an offshore island or in a remote location, then a forwarding charge will be added to your invoice. (To avoid any extra shipping costs, you can ask to have your kayak and paddling gear delivered to a regional freight/courier depot.)
- Unfortunately, kayak paddles are expensive to send anywhere, so an extra handling charge will be added to your invoice (unless the paddle is packaged with a kayak).
- Imported whitewater kayaks no longer qualify for Free Shipping (due to freight cost increases). Shipping a whitewater kayak will be invoiced at trade cost.
- The Mission dinghy is bulky, and freight companies charge by volume (not just by weight), so it costs twice as much to ship than a similarly-priced kayak. Shipping a dinghy will be invoiced at trade cost.
