The Mokau paddle is suited to ideal for smaller paddlers and/or windy conditions – 15% less blade area than the Waikato. Great for lake, river and moderate open water paddling excursions.
This popular touring paddle is comfortable to use, and has drip rings to stop water from running down the shaft onto your hands.
Reinforced polypropylene blades. Shaft has moulded plastic handgrips with a right-hand raised index.
Choice of paddle shafts
• Aluminium shaft is durable and stiff, but is heavier and cold to the touch.
• Fibreglass shaft is lighter, flexible and warmer to grip.
• Factory upgrade to a two-piece shaft.
